fantastic apartment near taksim
comfortable beds nice bathrooms thick curtains helpful staff
the apartment was big. it had comfortable beds plus nice two bathrooms. there were thick curtains in the room, so it was really dark. the staff helped me. i left my luggage safe before and after check in. taksim meydani, metro and istiklal caddesi are so close. i liked that.
the apartment lacked basic essentials. there were no dishwasher tablets. there was also no standard coffee machine.

nearby, there were cafes. you can easily find grocery stores. the location makes it easy to get dining essentials. it is all quite convenient.

the reception was great. the security acted quickly. housekeeping kept my apartment clean. they also stocked it well. the staff are friendly. they were helpful despite little problems.

the apartment provides a washing machine. a dishwasher is also included. garage parking is a big plus. this hotel is great for those traveling by car. there is also very good water pressure.

a magical time
kind staff helpful staff nice location
i found THE staff kind. mostafa was very helpful. it was endearing. the location of this place i found very nice. taksim square is nearby. i appreciated how close it was to many attractions.
outside noise made sleep difficult. that impacted my stay. i didn't sleep well. i felt the soundproofing could be improved. it really bothered me.

cute staff cleaning service
Erim from the staff was cute. the SPACE in the apartment was more than enough to meet all needs. The apartment looked super clean and well kept. The daily cleaning service kept everything pristine.
I observed that the hotel lacked some basic items. There was no coffee machine.

staff arrogance misrepresented room
The location was convenient. A pharmacy was in the same building.
The staff's arrogance was shocking. The hotel photos online misrepresented the room i received. the room was small and lacked the advertised upstairs floor. it felt cramped, despite being newly built and clean inside
